National Law Journal Recognizes Lyndhurst Cybersecurity Attorney

LYNDHURST, N.J. -- New Jersey attorney Fernando M. Pinguelo has been recognized as a "Cybersecurity & Data Privacy Trailblazer" by The National Law Journal for 2015.

Pinguelo is a partner and Chair of Scarinci Hollenbeck's Cyber Security & Data Protection and Crisis & Risk Management groups.

He leads a team of attorneys and technical professionals dedicated to data breach response and litigation, compliance, and E-Discovery. 

The Cybersecurity & Data Privacy Trailblazers award recognizes legal professionals who "have moved the needle" and exemplified innovation in addressing novel data privacy and security legal issues posed by changing technologies, according to a release. 

It is awarded to only 50 legal professionals from the United States and abroad, it says. 

Pinguelo is the only recipient from a New Jersey based law firm to receive the Trailblazer Award.
