“Mahwah is really a unique business hub. It is the place to be,” said Delaney, chief technology officer for Delaney Computer Services, Inc. His company provides IT support services to small and mid-market businesses

Delaney, who grew up in Waldwick and Suffern, N.Y., has been a member of the Mahwah Chamber of Commerce and for years had served on its board of directors, he said.

“I was always doing business with people in Mahwah, and representing Mahwah, and here I was I didn’t have my business here,” he said.

Delaney moved his business into its new location -- 575 Corporate Drive – a few weeks ago, and is planning a ribbon cutting event for March 2, he said.

“We have a lot more space than we had, so we were able to do some things like put in a classroom … so we can do some outreach to teach people about cyber-security and some of those types of really important topics,” he said.

Delaney called Mahwah “a good place for businesses to go.”

“We were able to get a nice business environment in a building that is a little older. There is a lot of that,” he said.
