The Big Idaho Potato Truck, a 48-foot long flatbed trailer featuring a 28-foot long, 12-foot wide and 11.5-foot tall, six-ton Idaho potato, is making a pit stop at the Wyckoff YMCA on Tuesday, August 8 in celebration of its Mid-West Days event.
And guess what? If this potato was mashed down -- it would make 30,325 servings of mashed potatoes. It could make more than 1.4 million French fries.
Head to the YMCA (691 Wyckoff Ave.) from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. To follow the Big Idaho Potato Truck’s journey around the country, visit www.potatotracker.com.
