LYNDHURST, N.J. -- Attorney Maria Fischer will be leading a presentation on special-needs wills and trusts at the Lyndhurst Special Education Parent Advisory Committee meeting, on Thursday, May 19.
She's a lawyer with Hinkle, Fingles, Prior & Fischer, a law firm whose "entire practice focuses on serving people with disabilities and their families," its website notes.
SEPAC is a group of parents working with the school district administrators to advise on matters related to the education, health and safety of children with special needs.
