Lyndhurst Health Department Offers 'Breathe In, Breathe Out' Seminar

LYNDHURST, N.J. -- The Lyndhurst Health Department will be hosting a Clara Maass Medical Center lunch seminar entitled “Breathe In, Breathe Out,” at noon Wednesday, March 23 at the Carucci Senior Building, 281 Stuyvesant Ave.

John Chacko, Clara Maass Medical Center Director of Respiratory Care Services, will discuss what proper respiratory care can do for the heart and lungs. 

Respiratory problems are not a normal part of aging and this seminar will provide information to begin maximizing health and well-being.
