LYNDHURST, N.J. -- The Township of Lyndhurst Parks & Recreation Department, under the direction of Commissioner Tom DiMaggio, is starting a pre-K 3 program in September.
The township is taking the step because of the success of the pre-K 4 program and interest that parents have expressed. The program will be for kids turning 3 by Oct. 1.
The cost is $10 per session. Contact Theresa Cicero at the Lyndhurst Parks Department, 201-804-2482, if you're interested.
There will be a morning session, from 9-11:30 a.m. Cicero said that, at current levels of interest, it's unlikely an afternoon session will be added this year, but it's certainly possible for next year.
