LYNDHURST, N.J. -- A basic course in Project Management which provides credit toward certification is being offered at the Lyndhurst Police Emergency Squad building on Saturday, Dec. 5.
Any time a task requires two or more people, project management skills come into play. The degree of success depends on how well any project is managed.
Project management helps organizations achieve their objectives on time, within budget and within scope. It's a discipline that's growing in interest.
The class being offered will help attendees understand the basics of Project Management, and possibly begin a journey toward becoming a certified Project Manager Professional (PMP).
Each participant will receive a certificate of completion. Lunch is included.
