Any time a task requires two or more people, project management skills come into play. The degree of success depends on how well any project is managed.

Project management helps organizations achieve their objectives on time, within budget and within scope. It's a discipline that's growing in interest.

The class being offered will help attendees understand the basics of Project Management, and possibly begin a journey toward becoming a certified Project Manager Professional (PMP).

Each participant will receive a certificate of completion. Lunch is included.

Topics include:

  • What is a project?
  • What does a project manager do?
  • What happens before, during, and after a project?
  • How do I become a certified project manager?
  • What do I do from here?

When: Saturday, December 5, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
