The suit names the borough as well as council members Eugeniusz Rachelski, Khaldoun Androwis, Melissa Dabal and Bryan Olkowski. All four members voted to remove Baginski alleging he over-purchased 22,000 gallons of gasoline and had $1.3 million in project unpaid, NorthJersey.com reported.
