LYNDHURST, N.J. -- Antonietta Scardigno (nee Sena), 74, died Friday, July 22, 2016 at her home.
Born in Italy, she lived in Hoboken and, for the last 10 years, in Lyndhurst.
Scardigno worked as a seamstress in the Hoboken area for many years before retiring.
She was the wife of the late Giovanni Scardigno; mother of Vincenza Mitnick and her husband Jason and Pasquale Scardigno and his wife Vivian; grandmother of Taylor, Victoria, Rebecca and Mia; and sister of Felice Sena and Carmela Falco.
There will be a funeral at 9 a.m. Monday at the Parow Funeral Home, 185 Ridge Road, North Arlington thence to Our Lady Queen of Peace Church, 10 Franklin Place, North Arlington for a 10 a.m. funeral Mass. Entombment will be in Fairview Mausoleum in Fairview. The family will receive friends from 2-6 p.m. Sunday.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
