Born in Poland, Alessio had lived in North Arlington since 1974.
She is survived by her grandchildren, Bernadette Scarola and her husband Frank, and Miroslaw Kuzminski and his wife Bozena; and grandchildren Danielle, Frank and Brianna Scarola, and Kamil and Lily Kuzminski.
Alessio was preceded by her husbands, Peter Alessio and the Wladyslaw Kuzminski.
The funeral was on Tuesday morning, Feb. 7, from the Parow Funeral Home, in North Arlington, with a funeral mass at St. Michael's Church, in Lyndhurst. Entombment was in Holy Cross Chapel Mausoleum.
