Eleanor DiGiacomo, 95, Longtime North Arlington Resident

NORTH ARLINGTON, N.J. -- Eleanor (Costanzo) DiGiacomo, a resident of North Arlington for over 60 years, died on Monday, March 21. She was 95.

Born in Jersey City, DiGiacomo was a member of the Italian American Club, Senior Citizen Harmony Club and the Nutrition Center, all of North Arlington, and the Kipp Senior Citizen Center Club in Rutherford.

She is survived by her children, Nick Jr. and his wife Lynn, and Janet Russo and her husband Robert; grandchildren Dana DiGiacomo, Lauren Weeks, Dina Caiola, Maria Russo and Renee Minieri; and great-grandchildren Krysta, Tiffany and Morgan.

DiGiacomo was predeceased by her husband, Nick.

Visiting hours will be from 3-8 p.m. on Wednesday, March 23, at the Parow Funeral Home, 185 Ridge Rd., in North Arlington. The funeral is from the funeral home at 9 a.m. on Thursday, thence to Our Lady Queen of Peace Church, in North Arlington, for a blessing at 10 a.m. Entombment will be in Holy Cross Chapel Mausoleum, also in North Arlington.
