NORTH ARLINGTON, N.J. —Florence Dwyer, 100, of North Arlington, died Saturday, Sept. 24.
She was born March 31, 1916 in Jersey City, she lived in North Arlington for 42 years before moving to Bayville in 2009.
She worked for John E. Long Brokerage Firm in Elizabeth as an assistant to the president and secretary to the chairman of the board for 40 years before retiring.
She was predeceased by her parents, Thomas and Anna Dwyer. Relatives and friend are invited to attend the visitation from 9:45-10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Parow Funeral Home 185 Ridge Road, North Arlington, thence to Our Lady Queen of Peace Church, North Arlington for an 11 a.m. funeral Mass. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery in North Arlington.
