NORTH ARLINGTON, N.J. -- Harry R. Walker, 86, formerly of North Arlington, died Nov. 17 at the Laurelton Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Brick.
Born in Jersey City, Walker lived in North Arlington before moving to Toms River 18 years ago.
He worked as a truck driver for the McClean Trucking Company in Kearny for many years before retiring 30 years ago; he was a member of the Teamsters Union Local #641.
Walker was predeceased by his wife Rosemarie Walker.
He is survived by his son Harry J. Walker; daughter Lynne Kozak (Scott), and his grandchildren Thomas, Rachel and Joseph Kozak, Harry and Frank Walker.
Visiting hours will be from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Friday at the Parow Funeral Home, 185 Ridge Road, North Arlington. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral service at the funeral home at 10:15 a.m. Saturday. The Interment will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington.
