NORTH ARLINGTON, N.J. -- James J. O'Brien Jr. of North Arlington died Sunday, Nov. 8. He was 58.
O’Brien was the son of the late James and Irene O’Brien (nee Fremgem).
Born in Jersey City, he was a lifelong resident of North Arlington. He worked as a warehouse supervisor for the Kraft Food Corp. in North Bergen, Farmland Dairies in Wallington and the Performance Food Group in Elizabeth.
He is survived by his wife, Linda A.(nee Ferrante); his children, James T. and Tiffany Lynn; his sisters, Mary Boguszewicz, Josephine Nese and Irene McCann; his brother, Patrick; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Thursday at the Parow Funeral Home, 185 Ridge Road, North Arlington.
The funeral will begin at the funeral home at 9 a.m. Friday then proceed to Our Lady Queen of Peace Church, North Arlington for a funeral Mass at 10 a.m.
Interment will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington.
In lieu of flowers, contributions will be accepted by the family.
