North Arlington Staging Food Drive During Santa Claus Parade

NORTH ARLINGTON, N.J. -- Santa Claus will be making a stop in North Arlington as part of the Fire Department's annual parade and food drive.

The Santa Claus Parade, scheduled to begin at 9 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 28, will end with a noon get-together with Santa and friends will be at Fire Headquarters, 3 Legion Place.

This year, in conjunction with the Queen of Peace Food Pantry, the North Arlington Fire Department will be collecting food along the parade route.

Containers also will be placed inside Borough Hall and the senior center for dropoffs prior to the parade.

Canned goods, dry goods and non-perishable items are requested.
