Officer Colman O'Reilly pulled over the 2012 Honda Accord after it passed through an E-ZPass lane at the lower-level tolls without a transpoder, the authority's Joseph Pentangelo said.

Antonio L. Laracuente, 37, of Newark had neither a driver's license or E-ZPass account, he said.

He was also wanted on a warrant of out Clark, Pentangelo said.

Laracuente was arrested on charges of theft of services, toll evasion, driving with a suspended license and traffic violations.

Clark police were contacted.
