Lyndhurst Office Building Sells For $50 Million

LYNDHURST, N.J. -- Lyndhurst's Copper Ridge Center was sold for $50 million on Tuesday, Feb. 2, according to NorthJersey.com.

The 268,000 square foot property was purchased by Rabin Alexander Capital Partners out of New City, N.Y., NorthJersey.com reported.

Copper Ridge is located at 9 Polito Ave.
