Halloween Party In The Park Draws Youngsters CLIFFSIDE PARK, N.J. -- Cliffiside Park youngsters, from Pre-K to fifth grade were invited to a Halloween Party in the Park on Saturday, Oct. 31. There was a clown making balloon animals, a giant slide, a moon walk and an obstacle course. Cookies and juice were offered as snacks. The last “Walk to School with the Mayor,” will take place on Wednesday, Nov. 4 at 8:25 a.m. to Slyvan Kindergarten Center.
