May is National Stroke Awareness Month, and stroke is the third-leading cause of disability in America, according to the Lyndhurst Health Department.

Join Clara Maass Medical Center medical expert Ronnie Castro, director of cardiac services and stroke program, to learn how to prevent and recognize a stroke.

Free blood pressure screenings will be provided. A light breakfast will be served.

The seminar starts at 10 a.m.
