Beatrice DeVizio, 83, Of North Arlington

NORTH ARLINGTON, N.J. – Beatrice DeVizio, a resident North Arlington, died Wednesday, April 6. She was 83.

Born in Newark, she lived in North Arlington since 1964. She worked at the middle school in North Arlington as a lunch aide for the past 15 years. She loved to crochet blankets and donate them to local hospitals.

She was survived by her children, Jennifer Alvarez and her husband Francisco, Joseph DeVizio and his wife Joan and Victor DeVizio and his wife Jutta; grandchildren, Francisco, Paul, Joseph, Mia, Robert, Victor, Stefanie, Julia and Bianca; and brothers Vito and Ralph Cortese.

She was predeceased by her husband, Victor N. DeVizio.

There will be a funeral at 8:45 a.m. Saturday at the Parow Funeral Home 185 Ridge Road, North Arlington, thence to Our Lady Queen of Peace Church, North Arlington for a 9:45 a.m. funeral Mass. Entombment will be in Holy Cross Chapel Mausoleum, North Arlington.
