Lyndhurst High School Senior Continues Football Career In College

LYNDHURST, N.J. -- A Varsity football player and senior at Lyndhurst High School is heading to an NCAA Division III school for his college education and to continue his football career.

Michael Cooper will attend Delaware Valley in September and play for the Delaware Valley Aggies in Doylestown, Pa. Delaware Valley plays in Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC)'s Freedom Division

In the last 12 years, the Aggies have elevated themselves into one of the top Division III programs in the country, with a 108-30 record. They have captured six MAC championships and three Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) championships, and have made six trips to the NCAA Division III playoffs, including a pair of quarterfinal appearances.
